IDE 712
Analysis for Human Performance Technology Decisions
I learned how to apply models and how the results are used in decision-making in everyday life situations. I explored tools and techniques used to investigate the performance problem. The readings, class discussions and other materials helped in the development of the FEA Plan.

My Experience
In this course, my ability to analyze things was challenged as we investigated the concepts, principles, and practical procedures of human performance technology. Through the discussions and course materials, I gained the understanding of performance problems and issues in human and organizations, and the identification of performance-improvement interventions. I learned a lot on how to properly identify, address, and solve the needs during the analysis phase. It was nerve-wracking to read the Jonassen book, but when we finally applied those things into our actual FEA plan, it started to make more sense. I particularly liked how the professor structured the group activities for the projects and discussion boards. Just like IDE 621, I learned a lot and enjoyed every activities in this class because we had a lot of freedom in creating our projects.
